Busy company still responded about my question about the shipment, that's awesome in my book

The shoes were great. However they did run a little big so I had to order a second pair 1/2 size down. I made two different orders and ordered the mystery shoe each time and was a little disappointed that I got the same exact shoe both times :(

So far, everything's been good period the website was put together well and I was able to place my order.Now I'm just waiting for a tracking number.So I can keep up with where my shoes are. And the receiving of the final product and I'll be able to give a real review on the shoes. Not sure how long it's going to take for me to get a tracking number.But I am patiently waiting💯💛

The Straye Logan Puff Blackout’s are nice but a little big so I recommend getting a size and a half down or have shoe fillers on hand. LOOSE

it was easy to order w a lot of options to choose from, i’m just not sure why it says ordered and then canceled tho. i haven’t received my $ back or anything so that’s the only thing id be curious about

The service is great and by the moment i'm making this everything is fine, the only reason i dont give five stars is due to a refund of 2 pairs of sockets, which i didn't request, the money has been refunded in the correspondent credit card, but its weird that an ítem has been refunded without asking
