The laces that I received with the shoes weren’t like the ones pictured on the site. A big reason why I had gotten the shoes was because of the laces. Is there anything you guys can do?
Response from STRAYEDec 4, 2023
Hello Manuel, we will have a set of 20mm white laces sent out to you right away.

The quality isn’t that great. The cut around the bottom of the sole on the left shoe is pretty bad. And the tongue from one shoe to the next is off a bit. Quality control is pretty bad I’m guessing. The sole has a weird upward concave to it as well. Gonna wear them around and see how they hold up to just daily life. Still love the look regardless.

These are v2 of our footwear... we have moved away entirely from banana soles.

Hi JoAnn, Your pre-ordered shoes are in transit. Thank you for your patience in our not-so-good experiment with taking pre-orders.
Sumaiya F.
i order the shoes on august 11th and they are now being shipped to come today.
Response from STRAYENov 8, 2023
Thank you for your patience. You are correct. It was a pre-order, and was advertised as such. We informed our customers that there would be potential delays.

Hello CBR, Much of what happened with the Pre-Order was out of our control. Our factory kept switching delivery dates on us. We learned our lesson about pre-orders. I am very happy to see you are expected to get your shoes today. Thanks for your extreme patience!

The shoes had paint on the toe box which I don't like at all. Probably intentional for the vintage look or I got a bad pair. I don't like it. There was no color on the toe box in the product picture.
Response from STRAYEOct 2, 2023
Each pair was unique... Some have ink on them. The factory has been alerted that they tend to overdo it on the treatment. We have been informed that the ink will come off with some rubbing or brushing.

The shipping and everything was good and they are really cute but I have only wore them about 4 times and the first day the bottoms already were coming apart and I didn’t even skate them.

Hi Evie, Please open a Chat at straye.com and include some images of the defect and they will support you.

Terrible customer service. The shoes are cool but sizes suck. Reply : I ordered two pairs with a 40% off coupon. They didn’t fit, so I wanted to exchange them. You guys don’t do exchanges, so I had to return both pairs (which cost me $30 to ship back) I asked for an updated coupon to use on my exchange but never got a response. I reached out several times. At one point someone responded to one question but completely ignored the others. Also no half sizes so now they’re too big but it’s not worth going thru that process again and paying for the return out of pocket

Coraly, what seems to be the problem? Can you be more specific?
