Incredibly rude and disrespectful Co-founder
While I thought the scavenger hunt was going to be fun, I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Strayboots' staff over the phone. The person I spoke with was very hostile, and spoke over me to the point that I couldn't get any words out to explain the issue I was having. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful he was, and then I found out he is the Co-founder of Strayboots! Avoid this company if at all possible!

It's got nothing to do with the integrity, kindness, and professionalism of our team, especially the founding team, and the 1,500+ satisfied customers are the proof for it. Putting that much of an effort, to write such a nasty review, tells a lot about the reviewer, so if by any chance you are thinking of working with Katharine McGlynn from TNC (The Nature Conservancy), we advise you to rethink that.
