Seit ich kein zahlendes Mitglied mehr bin gibt es regelmäßig Störungen beim korrekten Aufbau der Homepage auf dem Mac. Seit Tage geht nichts mehr Den Support anschreiben geht auch nicht, erstens alles in Englisch und zweitens keine annähernd passen vorgegeben Frage/ Problem

Adding another 1 star review to Trustpilot in the hope that Strava will refund me the money they have wrongly taken from my bank account. I cancelled my trial/subscription many months ago and now see a payment taken from my account. There is no way to contact them. I submitted a request via the online form which took hours to find. Companies which exist to cheat people out of money should be penalised and made a thing of the past. Strava, please refund me my money. Angry.

pessimo dopo 2 dico 2 attività sono stato bloccato senza spiegazioni; forse qualcuno comanda ma non è strava sono gli str...che segnalano! andate tutti a fare in c...!

Used to be good and I’ve been a premium member for 8 years but has gone downhill so fast recently and their support is non-existent. My data is not displaying or being counted properly which makes it unusable. Their support is not interested and you just get automated response before the ticket is closed. Subscription reluctantly cancelled now and I’ve stopped recommending Strava to others. Such a shame cos it used to be really good. Perfect way to kill a company and lose your loyal customers.

Strava mi ha bloccato dopo poche settimane senza darne spiegazione. Avevo un mese di prova gratuito e per fortuna non ho fatto alcun pagamento perchè, per sentito dire, strava se ti blocca non rimborsa quanto pagato per un anno!!! Strava non è affidabile evitate di pagare ed evitate di fare kom....va bene il secondo o terzo posto altrimenti vi accusano di usare una e-bike o altri mezzi non muscolari. Questa è la tua fine Strava! fattene una ragione! invito tutti a non rinnovare l'account a pagamento.

Pareil que les autres : problème d'arrêt d'abonnement. Une fois que le pigeon est coincé, ils ne le lâchent pas. Petr etre que l'aplis est OK (sans plus), mais cette magouille sur l'abonnement - c'est grave. Méfiez-vous !
