Just had a brief look at the app, wasn't even aware I'd signed up for a subscription. Did not give any bank details etc. They took £54 through Googlepay, I was totally unaware they could do this, would not refund payment. Be very careful if you use their app.

Scammers. They stole my money and just got to know that they are also racist saying horrible things adout Arabs and black people on Instagram

Have removed key features from app e.g. 100, 200, & 300km monthly running badges This is not what I just paid premium for. I would like a refund please. Oh and their support team has yet to respond to any message, by any means, over the last 2 days.

J ai changé de montre connectée suite à l arrêt de Tomtom ( j avais une montre Tomtom runner 3) je transferais mes données sur Strava et en consultant mon profils j ai constaté que mes 2 à 3 ans de données ont disparu et je voudrais les récupérer. Sur Strava je n ai plus que mes données de ma garmin. Soit 10 activés.

Impossible de les joindre quand on a un problème personne mais pour le renouvellement y a pas de soucis vous êtes bien débité

They support is non-existent, I pay for premium on an iPhone, not a no name brand and the premium features never come on I have tried everything thing they recommend god forbid they should supplying customers.
