Only because I can't zero star them. They've taken £55 without my consent and with no warning. Ignoring emails and no other way to contact them. I'm absolutely disgusted. I was intending to use them in future when the subscription would have been needed but definitely not now. Lots of ppl having issues with the shocking lack of customer support given that they charge!!

Strava Support - there is no support. I have a paid subscription with zero assistance. They use their standard Q&A to answer but I need manual intervention as the Q&A recommends. What is happening Strava? There should be another platform that takes the monopoly maybe then they will listen?

When you stop payment to Strava they cancel all your records, time etc.

Vorsicht Betrugsapp, wenn man kündigen möchte, wird nicht reagiert und es wird trotzdem das Geld eingezogen. Und Paypal, sperrt Konto. Fühle mich genötigt und getäuscht.

Op de Strava site wordt je als nieuweling nagenoeg meteen op een abonnenment gezet. dit hoeft feitelijk niet als je dit weet te omzeilen. Ik heb meerder tickets geplaatst om een terug betaling op te eisen. Resultaat: 1. Tickets zijn niet te openen.. dus onmogelijk te beantwoorden. 2. Je moet binnen 24u reageren anders lijkt ie zowizo niet geaccepteerd. Dus zeg het maar! Een NL contact hebben ze ook al niet! Waardeloze support dus, en mogelijk bijna 70,- kwijt!

strava vergognoso , non ci sono ragioni quando ti segnalano perche gente invidiosa dei tuoi risultati ti segnala a manetta. per giunta della tua zona e non fanno gare. trattamento irrevocabile e scandaloso. profilo sospeso da questo stefano che segnala i miei kon e compare il suo faccino sui segmenti , anni di segnalazioni ,con i suoi amici ,ha fatto una cosa scandalosa che ora nascono e pedalano...io pedalo dal 2000

Account eliminato da strava perché un fallito segnalava tutte le mie attività per prendersi i kom Ogni volta che ne perde uno mi segnalava l attività . Un fallito della vita che è pure della mia zona..ma tanto io ho la casa piena di coppe e trofei.....lui ha solo il fallimento della sua vita frustrata senza nulla .
