Shocking , recurring payment of 54.99 taken out of my account with no warning . Tried to contact them for a refund , no reply no contact number . Scammers .

Meine Mitgliedschaft wurde nach Zahlung nicht aktiviert. Strava reagiert nicht auf Mails! Finger weg von Strava! Das Geld ist weg!

Subscription cancellation mechanism not working and none existent support means I'm either going to have to cancel credit card to avoid further payments being taken, or report as an unauthorized transaction after to get money back.

Eens even deze app getest. Zeer slechte app! Ga op zoek naar een andere app! Volgens Strava zou je een maand gratis gebruik mogen maken van de app maar na dag drie werkte de app al niet meer. Om weer gebruik van de app te kunnen maken moest ik betalen! De app wijkt ook ver af van mijn sporthorloge de Garmin Forerunner 245.

Did not want this subscription. Cannot cancel it, cannot get a refund and cannot contact anyone to do anything about it. Locked into a years worth of something that I do not want.

Absolute terrible experience. I tried to gift my husband a Strava subscription for Christmas and I am still awaiting for it to be activated. I did not receive a confirmation email nor did my husband receive any link to activate it and the money left my account. I have tried to contact customer services with zero luck and being told there was no subscription bought! Absolutely nonsense as I have a bank statement to prove it! So frustrated and so disappointed. I am still awaiting a response for an answer on what is going on!! 😞

They KILLLED FATMAP!!!! Best tool for backcountry ski/boarding. I will never use Strava again due to this. Hopefully someone else creates or recreates this FREE tool.
