Worst company to every lay foot on this planet, they need to be shut down, they are thieving scum bags that steel peoples money, they are sneaky so be careful with using the app, customer service is shocking, they work with google to con people, they lure you in with a ‘free trial’ and then steal your hard earned cash, they are rude, do not use this terrible app, I would give minus 200 stars if I could, horrible horrible company that ignore your requests and just want your money they don’t care about you at all. Avoid at all costs. Do not sign up to premium or free trials because you will be trapped in a downward spiral of ping pong emails to try and get your money back when you try and get out of the subscription. AVOIDDDDD!!!!!

Nach 3 Läufen werden mindestens 50 EUR pro Jahr fällig. Oder optional 8 EUR pro Monat. Really? Man kann es auch übertreiben. Oder zumindest von vorne herein Bescheid geben, dass die App nicht kostenlos ist. Mega nervig, dass ich jetzt nach einer günstigeren Alternative suchen muss. Sorry Leute, aber Ihr seid nicht freaking Photoshop oder ChatGPT oder sonstige rocket science. So mit Kunden umzugehen ist ein sicherer Weg in die 1-Stern Bewertungen. Prosit.

Worst app ever. No features work as they are supposed to. Auto pause is hit or miss, you can't plan routes without it taking you miles out of the way when all you have to do is cross a street with a crosswalk, links never work, I could go on and on. Don't waste your time.

Terrible customer service! Got charged randomly for strava premium when I cancelled my membership well over a year ago, (I triple checked it wasn’t an auto-renewal) and when I’ve questioned them, they have just ignored me

ricevo oggi una e mail da Strava in cui mi si dice che mancano 4 giorni al termine della prova gratuita. vado a fare il login e la risposta è la seguente "non sei autorizzato ad accedere alla piattaforma di Strava.... mi sembra che ci sia un po' di confusione

Ive tried to give this app the benefit of the doubt when measuring a distance of a run but it is always incorrect. Most recently it measured a simple 3k run as 750m. Not good at all.

Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar wie sich die Herren von STRAVA den Support nur in Englischer Sprache gönnen. Die App kann in verschiedenen Sprachen genutzt werden. Aber wenn man mit irgendwelchen Ticket-Support-Anfragenummern abgespiesen wird, übersteigt das mein Vorstellungsvermögen von einem seriösen und Kundenfreundlichen Support über E-mail Kontakt. Mein Problem liegt darin, das ich ein Neues Mobilphone besitze. Freude an dem Neuen Telefon, installiere ich die App und finde alle Aufzeichnungen aus den letzten 8 Jahren nicht mehr. Beim öffnen des Apps wird auch nach dem Aboabschluss gefragt, obwohl mein Abo grundsätzlich noch Gültigkeit hätte. Entschuldigung bitte, was soll das? Ich kann die App in keinster weise mehr empfehlen. R.Homberger
