Find a solution with Garmin. 80% of users in Strava have a Garmin device … no solution - no Strava App it’s simple.. Garmin rules .. I and many others will go .. you need work on that segment … now Michael Garmin / Strava user for 10 years

The app fails to record some activities for no apparent reason, and thir is no simple way to ask the app to sync the data, even if it was saved on the cell phone. The customer service was not helpful.

This company must be avoided. Their customer service replies to your questions 2 weeks (!!) after you sent it. I had several questions and received a generic one-sentence answer, that absolutely did NOT answer any of my questions. It seems that the customer service person had a some pushing from their boss to answer as many questions in a day as they fysically can. And another thing, the yearly subscription was renewed without notifying whatsover. Stay away from this company, they are obviously just after your money.

Worse customer support I've ever experienced.

I would press zero if I had one app keeps glitching and switching off. Don't waist your time and money.

Their support is almost impossible to contact and therefore after the initial free trial I did not get my refund. I forgot I had this app and now they are not refunding me the yearly amount.
