Strategies group has been quick to resolve any issues that occur within Acumatica and have been a great help creating new customizations. There have been some issues with retrieving credit card bank feeds, not sure if that falls on Strategies group or with the credit card company. One compliant would be the constant invoices for what seems to be miniscule tasks such as Strategy group employees sending follow up emails.
