I have made several purchases from StrapsCo and enjoyed the products immensely. Shipping is fast and the packaging excellent. Appreciate the prompt customer service and follow-up conversations. There are some excellent promotions now and again and it keeps me coming back.

Excellent quality straps
StrapsCo's straps were all great quality, affordable and they look excellent on my watches. While the shipping took longer than expected (through no fault of StrapCo), the wait was definitely worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend StrapsCo!

Excellent
Excellent! Love my watch band and the super easy way to install. I am 62 and I have never changed a watchband so fast in my whole life. I love that little lever to help insert the pin. Wonderful product, fast shipping and packaged nicely.

Outstanding Customer Service
I had a problem with the strap that I ordered, one side would not stay connected to my new Fitbit so I requested an exchange. They quickly responded and offered to replace it, but the silver color I had purchased was not in stock. So I requested a black strap replacement. Evidently this had a higher price but was told they would waive the difference and send a new black one and I didn't have to return the defective one. This was outstanding customer service for a family run business.

The best customer experience I have had…
The best customer experience I have had in over 20 years. The measure of company's commitment to customer satisfaction isn't when everything goes as planned. The true measure is when things go wrong ESPECIALLY if it is due to no fault of the company. USPS did not deliver the package. I sent an email and within a very few minutes an answer and within less than an hour a new package was sent. No questions, no concerns, which I would have completly understood. The products arrived and the quality and workmanship was FIRST rate! In fact the product was so good I would put up with poor customer service, but I dont have to. This company has it all!! I am telling all my friends shop with strapsco.com.
