I bought a replacement band for my Fitbit Inspire HR. It arrived quickly and is beautiful. It was well made and so was easy to install. I’m very pleased!

Good pricing, fast shipping, and quality straps.
I have purchased several bands from this site and I've been very happy. Wife's Fitbit Versa 2 got new leather and elastic straps. Plus a nice quality Milanese style PVD band. (I've used it more). My watches have gotten Nato, leather, and rubber straps as well. Good pricing, fast shipping, and quality straps.

I picked a strap for a ladies fit bit…
I picked a strap for a ladies fit bit and it wouldnt stay connected so Strapco sent a replacent . They will take care of the customer and do whatever it takes.. thanks

Excellent Product
I am very pleased with my strap purchase. I purchased a replacement strap for my Fitbit Alta and the strap I purchased from this company looks exactly like the Fitbit strap. It fits well and is of good quality. I would recommend this company.

High Quality Watch Bands And Great Customer Service
I have about 10 watch bands from StrapsCo, and they have all exceeded my expectations. Moreover, their customer service is outstanding. I needed to exchange one band and was concerned it would be a hassle, but that was not the case. The process was flawless and hassle-free. All contacts were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend this family owned business. Their high quality products and customer focus makes them an A+ company to do business with!

Great Company To Deal With
Recently made my second purchase from StrapsCo and loved the watch bands in the first order. Well made, comfortable and reasonably priced. They sent the wrong sized band in the second order and I asked for an exchange for the correct size. I immediately heard from a customer service rep who helped me and when he realized they did not have the band i needed in stock, he quickly refunded my money and told me to keep the band that was sent to use on another watch. Excellent responsive customer service. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.
