If you want to become frustrated beyond belief, want your blood pressure to boil, and make your head spin then by all means, purchase something from this company and then try to return it. I bought two watch bands after they confirmed what size would fit my two watches. I contacted then within ten days( they have a 30 day return policy) to arrange a return. I got a run-around excuse as to why I could not return them. When I questioned their run-around excuse, they ghosted me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. My personal opinion is that perhaps they are struggling to stay in business and have had to resort to deceptive practices to say their own neck. Absolutely horrible and terrible experience.

I purchased a "extra long strap" that was specific to my watch. Shipping was average. It arrived, i put it on and wore it for a day. I noticed it wasnt that much longer than before so i put it up to yhe original strap. It was the exact same size as the original strap my watch came with. StrapCo customer service responded by saying it stated the size online and since I wore it i was not eligible for a refund. Bottom line, these were not "extra long" bands and honestly, these are 5-10 dollar quality. Amazon has way better straps/bands for cheaper. Dont waste your money. WAY over priced.

It's amazing how a company can charge over $100 for an order and then decide that customer satisfaction is worth less than a few dollars in shipping costs. My previous order was shipped via Priority Mail, but this time StrapsCo downgraded the shipment to the cheapest possible method without any consideration for the customer. The result? More than a month of waiting for a tiny package. Customer service was equally disappointing. Every response felt like a copy-and-paste template designed to avoid actually addressing the issue. Their "solution" was for me to wait for the package, pay to return it myself, and then wait indefinitely for a refund. The entire process feels like a masterclass in cutting corners and passing the consequences onto customers. If their goal was to lose a repeat customer over a few dollars, congratulations, mission accomplished.

2 of 3 straps were defective; either falling apart upon opening or built in a way they were not usable. For how expensive these are they should be a quality product that lasts multiple years.

The watch band immediately fell apart. There is no tool to take out a link, and the link broke as soon as the jeweler used a tool.

These people and company are a bunch of scammers. They send you used looking products and when you return they deny your refund. It’s a full blown scam. I should’ve checked the reviews. Be aware of StrapsCo. They will send you used products and then deny your refund after you return what they sent you in the condition they sent it in. Full blown scam operation.

I just received my order, Thin Mesh Strap - Stainless Steel, 18mm. It came with 19mm spring bars, it must have or this is the worst design for a watch. After 20 minutes of messing with it I give up. When I log into my account for a return, my order doesn't show up either. While I have been fairly satisfied with previous purchases, the Sailcloth straps I previously ordered were hit and miss with the quality. I didn't complain, but at this point I don't think I will order from you again. I should have stuck with the company that I bought a different mesh strap from. While it was more expensive, it was a far better product.
