I was concerned with the packaging as I opened it had rolled up and I was concerned I would not be able to get it to lay flat. However I was surprised it did. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a sticker for up side and down side....if there is a difference? No directions as to how to place it or if there was a wrong side up or not?

Good transaction. Cover I'm a little surprised as they do not cover the bottom part of the burners but I don't know if that is done on purpose

Delivery was made in timely manner, fit is great. the guard is more rigid than I expected it to be, thus making it difficult to put on/take off the range, we have a Thermador with star burners that dont come off so have to bend the guard to put it on. if the guard was more flexible it would be a 5/5 star

I received exactly what I ordered. Then you send emails that if I order another one you will include a free oven liner. How many stoves do you think a person has in their house? This is the same thing that Amazon does. Order one and bombard you with like items.

Took a little while but I got it. It was easy to find my stove model. There is a little gap on the sides but I think it will be great for cleanup. I use the foil burner protectors but they don't cover the area completely and easy to cut myself on them.
