The first time I used my griddle, the cover warped. It no longer lies flat on the stove surface. This doesn't seem to be an effective liner, given the expected exposure to contained heat. I expect you need to revisit the drawing board and use material that is highly heat tolerant. I feel ripped off for #109.00.

Disappointed in the product. A lot thinner than I expected. Does not cover the entire stove area. Does not lay flat. Still necessary to clean around the burners. Paying a premium price for a thicker mat is not worth the extra cost. Would not order again.

Wow. Over $100 for a flimsy piece of crap that doesn’t even fit. I could have made this myself for like $15. Doesn’t fit the entire area, only around the burners. Liquids will easily run right underneath it. It’s Iike putting a rubber mat on the bottom of a bowl and expecting anything poured in to just stay on top. See pics. Definitely going back! Wish u had seen these reviews first and not the ones on the site. My bad.

I purchased a stove guard mat years ago, it was really very good, now it is old & I called & purchased a new one. When it was received it was smaller than the original. Old size 17 in X 24 in. The new one is 14 1/2 in X 21 1/2 in. I called & they said they made a design change. I asked for a refund, they said no because they can not provide me with the original size. Also to return it they want a restocking charge, why it is not the right product? I asked if they had a piece of material & I would cut out the holes. They have a piece 17 in X 25 in. Again I asked for an refund, answer they gave is cut up the original one they sent, send a photo, they will ship the other at no charge, Sounds good; not really I spent $59.66 for the one I bought & they plain piece is $34.99, that is a difference of over $26.00 with tax. It also took many telephone calls & emails to get an answer. As of this moment, I will keep the new one, use it somewhere, & purchase the oven material from Walmart or Amazon at half the price with no shipping charge. Very disappointing, they never said they changed the size, & customer service was little help for the consumer.Don't Use them.

Cant believe i paid $100 for a sheet that doesn't even cover the entire surface of the stove. What's the point in just covering the center and not the sides? Could have gotten a sheet like that at Bed Bath and Beyond and cut it myself.

Very disappointed in my stove guard. Doesn't fit close to the burners. Messes can leak down under it. I'll still have to clean my stove top. So now I have to remove the grates and the stove guard to clean it. I hate cleaning my stove top. I can't see that stove guard will be of any use at all!

This is a decently made product other than the fact that 2 of the 6 cut outs don't fit the burners. It appears as if the 2 cut outs are about 1/2 inch too low (large opening on bottom with overlap on the burner ring on the top). This is a large, expensive stove & doubt they get many requests for this one, so we suspected their template may be off. My husband reached out to customer service & included pictures of the well fitting burners & the ill fitting burners. After confirming that the correct cover was ordered for our Electrolux 6 burner stove, he was told that because the burners are "adjustable" that it's not a defect in the cover. In order to get a refund we would need to chop it up & send it back to them. The burners are absolutely NOT adjustable & it appears this company just doesn't want to fix their template & improve their product. Since they are on back burners & disguised by the cast iron grates, we'll keep it because it's still better than nothing, but we won't be purchasing again from them. Sad, really, because it seems like a well made product. But poor customer service & an unwillingness to fix their own templates is a sure fire way to lose business.
