Because my stove has a hump in the middle, the stove guard doesn't sit flat. Spills go right under it. I thought for the price it would be a contoured fit like the mats in my car. Don't waste your money.

100% junk. Flimsy and way over priced. Tried to return and found out there was a seven day return policy. Took 7 days to receive product so we were out $70. Would not ever recommend this product or this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The pictures are misleading. I should have known when there wasn't a good description it was a scam. This is low grade silicone with a texture. It doesn't fit well and moves around. Buyer beware! Do not purchase from here. They tried to deny our refund until we had our credit card company reach out for a disputed charge.

I would not recommend this company at all. It’s impossible to return what you bought from them no matter how dissatisfied you are from their product. I purchased a platinum stove guard for our stove and we were dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I was out of the country when it was delivered. My roommates did not like it. I ordered it a few days before I left to go overseas. I was out from 12/13/24 - 01/11/25. The customer service said that the return was only valid until 01/10/25. I explained repeatedly that I was out of the country and did not get back until the 01/11. I even offered to show them my airline ticket. But they were firm on their policy. Their product is way overpriced also.

The holes were misaligned so it didn’t lay flat. I returned it. It was Stove Shield that I purchased from not Stove Guard. I hope they are not the same company because I returned the item and place an order with Stove Guard

I bought stoveguard premium for Viking Gas cooktop. I didn’t use it for 5 days since we were not home for thanksgiving this year. When I started to use my stove with stoveguard, I was surprised that it is not heat resistant and started curling from all the sides with the heat. And now it looks bad and doesn’t stay properly. I sent pictures of the product to return and they said it’s a 7 day return policy. So this product is bad and customer service is horrible. Don’t ever buy it unless you want to loose your money.
