I would like to return this. Terrible product.

Very disappointed with this product. The cut outs were oblong, instead of round, it warped within two weeks and looks terrible. I would not recommend this product. Waste of time and money.

I’m not sure if ordered the wrong thing or you sent the wrong item. I received an universal oven mat when I thought I ordered the stove guard for my new Samsung gas range.

The product is junk. It melts after few months of use. The company is aware of it that is evident by the fact you have to PURCHASE a warranty to have the product replaced when (not if) it fails. Customer service is not helpful at all.

It dont cover enough around the outer edges

This product looks cheap, is thin and doesn’t even hold flat once handled, it adopts wrinkles and I am completely disappointed/dissatisfied, hoping to be able to return it asap Can’t believe I was charged almost $200 for this crap

On the email said that my package was delivered and as of today I did not receive it

I’d like to return the project, it looks really cheap the material is not at all what I was expecting.
