What to return stove shelf it junk. Still no answer of how to do it

I received the wrong size for my stove.

Received my stove guard product, which had the correct model number on the package slip in the box, and it was not even close. I called the number on the website and was told to take a picture of the product and a picture of my range top. He said he would email me a link in 5 minutes to upload the photos. Never received an email. Received another email from stove guard asking about the product and responded as above. No return. I now just want a refund but have heard nothing back on how to do that either.

I ordered but I wanted silver and not black. It wouldn't let me go back to fix. Really disappointed, I don't like the black. I tried reaching out to company but the people were rude. They tried blaming it on me when their online ordering system was at fault. I was leaving for vacation and it didn't come before I left and now they say I only had 7 days to setup a return. The item is very expensive and it does not look like it will take a lot of cleaning before it had had enough where and tear. For does not look nice. Wish I could understand why I could not have been sent silver. I notified company right away about not letting me select silver. Told me silver was more money but that should have been up to me to decide. If I had to take black I would not have ordered. I guess they take that as a win.

The cut and fit is off. The color is poor. To charge so much for something like this is just wrong.

It's already curling up on the edges and we've only had it a couple days

I do not like how flimsy the material is and is does not lay on the stove top to stop spills running under it. If food gets under it, it defeats the whole purpose of having it, makes it worse actually, as I will not see to clean it and it will harden on and not come off at all! I am trying to return it and have emailed for a return authorisation. Could you please help expedite this.

The quality of this product is terrible for the price. It does only flat at all and looks cheap.
