I placed an order because it had a wonderful personalized story about an Indian festival. Customer care was extremely responsive until I placed the order. Shipping was quick and I received my order within 10 days of placing it. However, my child’s hair style in the pictures noticeably changed midway through the story. Given the price I paid for this, and given that somebody is supposed to do a Quality Control check before shipping, I was very disappointed. My several emails to customer care about this went unanswered. As if they didn’t care once the order has been sent out.
