Just hit for 650 on STORM, second time around , didn’t hit first time , or second , but third time hit 641 in first 10 mins 0n 40 cent bet , just redeemed 10 mins ago it’s still being reviewed I guess , it scared me cause at very last step when I hit complete , it said page cannot be displayed , but my redeem says pending after I went back to site , so we will see , for sure 5 star if I get paid , will return …!! I’m having trouble getting my TP reviews removed for some reason, but anyways…. THEY PAID ME !!!!! Long story short played back 100 Some , then cashed out. got first redeem of 200in less than 48 hours , and redeeemed other 300 right after and got it in less than a day , I would say more good thing about them but afraid it will get removed , and to sum them up forsure best support team I’ve ever dealt with , and I had a more than a few issues at first , but they resolved them or went above and beyond to keep me happy or fix my problem. These guys in my opinion could be top 5 iff they keep it up and not turn on there players or start to not care about us once the big money starts getting printed there, most do , I got my fingers crossed and hopes up though for Storm.us , and hope they don’t .

Storm.us is a leading example in this industry. I recently tried them out and hit for $180 from the free sign up bonus. After I verified and redeemed the money was in my account same day around 12-15 hours total. Would recommend!

Well I thought at first it was going to be great. They gave me a new customer deal which was wonderful deal. I won so I tried to redeem then this all started. When I then tried to redeem they denied it saying my id was blurry so it couldn’t be verified so I resubmitted a better clearly better and readable. Now they denied it ten minutes after submitting it. I then redid it and that was two ago and now they will not reply at all. They use this place called subsum to verify your info so not only did I resend my info to the game platform support it’s self I sent this info to this subsum front and back of my drivers license a picture of a pay stub and a picture of my utility bill. They are now saying that it’s on the game platforms end not on theirs and the game platform is saying that it is on subsum end. All I know is I won really good money and I am getting absolutely no where with either place I mean no where. I have emailed the same support email that said I was denied because of my picture was blurry. Now I haven’t received one response on anything from anyone. I’m so frustrated. It did keep asking me after I would win would you like to share your big win. Absolutely not. Not until they show me it’s not for nothing only to draw more people in to put them through this. If they ever decide to do the right thing and verify my account then and only then will I share my experience and get several people to join up. But not until then. This is crazy. Well I stand corrected. It was not a scam my identity was finally verified and my payment is processing now. I apologize to the sumsub and to storm and would like to say thank you so very much. I can’t believe I cashed out for the amount I did. I am so happy. Thank u thank u thank u for not being a scam
