Worst experience I have ever had with ordering something online. It took 2 months to finally get it. And when I did get my bridesmaids dress it was 2 sizes to big. I gave them my exact measurements and my size as well just in case. I had to end up getting a different dress for the wedding. To top it off, I asked for a refund for the dress and they tried to give me excuses like it would cost me more money to send it back. I will never buy from this store ever again and I am out now $140 because of this horrible experience.

Worst place ever to buy something at. Order my husband sweatshirt from here took them 2 weeks to ship it and that took them 35/40 days to get here. Than I got some pathetic little dude emailing some rude crap and telling me I should do this and do that. Never ordering from here again. I would stay clear away if you are looking to order from you. Takes forever to get here and the tracking is horrible.

Have anyone ordered from fashiondressee before I found the perfect wedding dress on here but I'm so scared to order it because there is no reviews

I ordered on this site because a friend of mine orders from here all the time and love the things she gets. I ordered and took them 2 weeks to ship the item. Then when I track the shipping it saids not allowed to track item. Probably to hide the fact they lied in their about me saying they are from Massachusetts but when I see the tracking ending with CN found it’s from China since usually all my packages from Asia ends with CN and obviously is not a USPS. This is a scam because they lie about the location plus never answer the messages. There’re stores that are inactive and if you pay you’ll lose your money if you pay with PayPal you have to report with them and if it’s was with your bank report to them. Not like eBay where you easily report and get your money fast. eBay is 100 times safer and that’s a lot to say. The store I ordered from is called storecute they are from China NOT Massachusetts. If they lie about something simple they can lie about other things including items.

I bought a vinyl record and they never sent it. I contacted the customer service and It took 3 weeks and multiple emails for a response. I did eventually get a refund.

This legitimately deserves no stars but that is obviously not possibly. I Blame myself not doing research before buying, but i was in desperate need of a new phone. I had ordered the phone and realized that there was no real information on where it was getting shipped from, how it was coming you know standard information that comes with ordering an item. I had waited about a day or two and still didn't get any information so i did the logical thing and contacted the someone for help. Now they state on there site to contact the seller before you contact the actual site so that is what i proceeded to do. Unfortunately, the seller did not respond after multiple attempts at reaching out to them, so then i try contacting Stonenvy themselves and still did not get any reminisce of a response. I dont want to out right bash the site because there might actually be some reputable sellers on there but, in terms of contacting and conflict resolution this is not something they seem to have any interest in. I hate to say this but the site is not worth losing time over, i had to stake a claim to my bank and well see if this can get resolved because im not losing out on the amount of money i spent for people that are indecent enough to try and scam hard working people of there money.

This review is specific to the seller: Prettyladydress. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase anything from her!! I bought a 200 dollar dress, and a week later even received an email with a tracking number which never ended up working. (Whenever I entered the number the site simply said "this tracking number does not exist") Even as weeks and weeks passed, when I tried to contact the seller prettyladydress at her store email "shuiruyan786@outlook" ... no responses in return She was interested in my money and once she had that... nothing. Really disappointing and frustrating. I understand not all sellers on storenvy are that way, just learn from my mistake and AVOID prettyladydress

NO STARS are appropriate for this company! I placed my order with Jenh Toys in November and have not been able to connect with anyone as to WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! I will report both companies ~ Jehn Toys and Storenvy, to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest all others do the same.
