I ordered the product and it never got delivered. When I sent them an email they told me to enquire from my local post office or ask my neighbors whether the product has been mistakenly dropped in their address. This is a serious scam.

It took 4 weeks to receive my product on a so call Express Paid Order! I requested a refund and was denied due to company policy. After finally receiving the product I experienced skin irritation and was advised by a very smart employee via email to discontinue using product! Well thanks a lot Sherlock

I ordered a skin product, that took 5 weeks to get. When I finally got it it was half full. I also ordered from them through Poshmark, and my item said it was received but was never delivered. Thankfully I went through Poshmark and they refunded my money. I think this is a gigantic scam operation and would not recommend them to anybody!!

This is a fraudulent company....false advertising and they don’t actually have none of the products their putting out there....they steal your money and make excuses as to why your package hasn’t been delivered. There has to be a way to get this company shut down entirely as you can see none of their reviews are good. How they are getting away with robbing people everyday is beyond me.

This store is horrible!!!, I ordered one small bottle of their product, waiting for more than 40 days, by the end what I received is a broken bottle in pieces with a wet envelope. Dealing with them by lots of emails for refund, no results so far, it's 8 days past!! I am wondering how they manage their business for the international market. Do not buy from them!!
