Dittatori che ti sospendano l'account perché si ride in party per cose volgari , per colpa di qualche tizio non invitato che entra nei party di altra gente per fare dispetti .

Im August 2025 habe ich Soundbar mit Subwoofer in der Cashback Aktion gekauft. Habe alle komplizierten Dinge ausgefüllt, Warte fristen eingehalten, Fotos hochgeladen.... Ergebnis: Sie haben sich erfolgreich registriert. 400 Euro kommen in max 28 Tagen. Seitdem vergingen über 8 Monate, mit zahllosen Anrufen bei Sony, vielen Emails. Jede Woche das gleiche Spiel. Mittlerweile kamen 4 Bestätigungen daß die 400 Euro überwiesen WURDEN. Mit einer Art Beleg dabei. Aber bisher wurde nichts überwiesen!!! Gar nichts! Ein Betrug. Zu dumm für eine Überweisung zu tätigen schließe ich aus, also Vorsatz! Nächste Schritte: Verbraucherschutz, Online-Strafanzeige wegen Betrug, Rechtsanwalt um das Geld einzuklagen. NIE WIEDER EIN SONYPRODUKT !!!

Ordered a Sony Lense online and the website was clearly saying estimated arrival within 72 hours and when I received the shipping information via email later in the day it shoes 7 days later - when I will be gone for my trip for which this lens was for. Fake shipping estimates, and customer service that doesn't know how to solve anything.

Pessima esperienza. Ho fatto l'ordine di una soundbar per il blackfriday. quindi soundbar in scontata di 170 eur ed in più rientravo nel cashback per avere 600 eur indietro. Ma purtroppo, soundbar mai arrivata, dopo sollecitazione via email e telefono niente da fare. La richiesta del cashback doveva essere fatta entro l'11 marzo, passata tale data ho chiesto a PayPal il rimborso che mi è è stato riconosciuto. Si sono tenuti i miei soldi per 3 mesi in attesa che il corriere gli dicesse perchè la soundbar non era stata consegnata... ed io ho perso tutti gli sconti per un totale di 770 eur. Volevo pagare una soundbar che costa 1300 di listino a 530. colpa mia? forse...

Pure crime organisation. .They are scamming children by changing their nick name to "temp-938958589", and then asking for 6 dollars to change it back... My children paid out 100 baks for that totaly only in nick name changing... When i asc sony support there no existing support, they just ripping of children for money...

Eine Lieferung wurde nicht zugestellt und offensichtlich vom DPD Fahrer unterschlagen. Meine Unterschrift wurde gefälscht. Nach über 4 Wochen habe ich noch immer keine Ersatzlieferung. Katastrophaler Service!!! Nie wieder
