Ordered a pair of wireless earbuds. First off the ad reported free shipping and then they charged me $12. I figured the sale was decent so ok. Ordered and was told a 3 day delivery. 3 days into the wait I was still waiting for the update. Emailed and was told they were over sold and had none. No apology, but was offered orange ones. Other than that no attempts to make good on the fact they took my money and hand none just leaving me wait for 3 days. They then told me a refund would take another 5 to 7 days! This was my first and last order with the sony store.

BE WARNED: I bought some £350 Sony headphones for work and exercise during lockdown and they stopped working after 6-8 months. I sent them back under warranty but it's worthless - Sony stated that Sony headphones can't be used for exercise and that exercise is "misuse" that invalidates the warranty because sweat might irreparably damage them - and the headphones go in the bin because they can't even repair them. They then demanded more money from me. Ridiculous. I contacted Sony sales and asked if I bought Sony headphones and used them for exercise - would sweat cause an irreparable failure and invalidate my warranty - they said no. I contacted Sony Centers and asked the same question and they said no it wouldn't invalidate the warranty so clearly Sony are playing fast and loose with your money trying to bully you into paying for replacements under warranty.

Appalling Customer Service. Ordered Sony wf-1000xm4 headphones online. Courier refused to deliver to street address and returned to Sony warehouse. Numerous emails and telephone calls over multiple weeks to have product re-shipped unanswered. Sony has my money and my headphones and will not provide any information on either refund or if/how/when product will be re-shipped. Regret not purchasing from Bose or Apple, who both have excellent customer service, couriers and products. My advice would be to avoid Sony at all costs. They have lost me as a customer forever.

Ho acquistato tv smart kd-55xg8196,più auricolari sony,speso 850 euro,ha la funzione bluetooth ma non per gli auricolari,non hanno la funzione audio con una spesa di circa 1000 euro,sono costretto ricorrere a un bluetooth esterno.Mi chiedo cosa frulla dentro la testa della sony,che nel 2021 con una spesa irrisori non ha previsto il collegamento delle cuffie blurtooth audio.Mai più un prodotto della sony,ne per me ne per la mi a generazione.Nota se voglio scaricare un'applicazione bluetooth da andoide tv sia su pennina non me lo fa scaricare,in pratica sono padroni del mio tv anche dopo il mio acquisto,come siamo mesi bene.

Shocking customer service from SONY CORP for well known defective product e.g. HT-MT500 soundbar. Advised me to pay £33.60 for inspection by Authorised Sony Repair Centre knowing that the PCB required for repair was no longer available and inspection fee could not be credited against a repair as advised. Then was offered £100 buyback on soundbar system purchased 3 years ago for £445. LAST PURCHASE OF ANYTHING SONY FOR ME.

Das Netzteil meines Fernsehers (Modeljahr 2016) ist kaputt gegangen. Es handelt sich dabei um ein nicht-standardes Netzteil. Deswegen musste ich über Sony Kundenservice ein Ersatznetzteil bestellen. Es ist unmöglich, sich beim Kundenservice auf Deutsch zu verständigen. Ich musste paar Mal anrufen, bis ich mich mit jemandem verständigen konnte. Es wird einem nicht geholfen, wie man an das Ersatznetzteil kommt. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat mir sogar ernsthaft vorgeschlagen, auf amazon.de nach dem Netzteil zu suchen. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter hat gesagt, dass die Platine des Fernsehers kaputtgegangen ist ?!? Hä? Ich habe doch gerade gesagt, dass das Netzteil kaputt ist. Nach langer Suche habe ich doch das Netzteil bei "csi Elektronik" gefunden. Jetzt geht der Fernseher wieder. Aber große Lektion daraus: Nie wieder Sony, nie wieder! So schlechtes Kundenservice habe ich noch nie miterlebt.

Sony is an abomination. Please spend your money on anything else aside from products from these smooth-brains. Maybe if they'd ever listen to people they might not be one of the worst companies out there, but they don't, and thus are.
