Disgusting customer service. No support for any product that is not brand new. The only company that I sincerely believe thinks customers are expendable commodities that have no impact on their business. Do not deserve any support at all.

I bought a Sony Bravia XBR-75X950H for $3k. It’s not even 2 years old and the main board is out. Then I hear so so so many people have issues with Sony Bravia. This company is garbage and no longer stands behind their products. DO NOT BUY A SONY.

Ich habe seit einigen Jahren den Sony TV KD-55XD8505. Schon nach einem Jahr begann das Gerät alle zwei bis drei Wochen abzustürzen. Die Abstürze wurden im laufe der Zeit immer häufiger. Inzwischen haben wir diese Ausfälle alle zwei bis drei Tage. Hilfe bekommen wir von Sony nicht. In Fohren wird empfohlen auf Werkszustand zurück zu setzen. Bringt aber leider nichts. Für uns heißt das, nie wieder ein Gerät von Sony. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von diesem "Weltkonzern".

Zwei Wochen nach Garantieablauf, machte der 65' Fernseher pinkfarbige Streifen und stellt dann ab. Der Kundenservice war nicht bereit zu helfen oder als Kulanz einen Reduktion auf ein neues Gerät abzugeben, und bot mir einen kostenpflichtige Servicestelle an, welche jedoch eine Autostunde von uns entfernt ist. Wir sind enttäuscht und werden sicher nie mehr ein Sonnygerät anschaffen, da wir für einen Kaufpreis von 3000.--Franken etwas mehr Kundendienst erwartet hatten.

Dovete comprare una nuova TV? Ebbene scegliete la qualsiasi MARCA ma non Sony! Perché? X il semplice motivo che se il vostro gestore telefonico è Tim e avete l'abbonamento a TimVision ebbene con tutte le marche è possibile vederlo ma non con Sony, se volete vederlo siete costretti a prendere il Decorder, ma scherziamo Vero?! Si parla da anni che devono risolvere il problema, ma solo bla bla bla, a voi la decisione tranne che non siete interessati a vedere Timvision.

I bought a Sony BDP-S3700 blu-ray player and was shocked that the quality was terrible. Sony has gone down!! The streaming service stopped working and would cause the blu-ray shut on and off. I bought a LG one and the quality was much better! The only this with LG is you have to buy a ethernet cord.

Pour information : LAMENTABLE ne mérite même pas une étoile le service client Sony au 0155695127 a la fâcheuse habitude de vous raccrocher au nez quelque soit le motif de l'appel. Surtout n'ayez pas de problèmes avec Sony sinon c'est la galère pendant des semaines, et n'attendez pas d'excuses de leur part.
