Sony is a multi million dollar company and they can’t make a party chat that runs on a decent WiFi if you work for Sony and you read this do me and favor and quit because your company is trash I e being pay premium since it wa labeled that way and since the ps5 dropped I’ve had to join via phone before I can join via ps5 party if I give you lore then five dollars and it doesn’t work that’s unreliable because my dealer sells to me even when I broke event he figure it out or admit that Xbox had you beat for the last ten years you idiots because my homies on Xbox don’t have to rest the WiFi ten times to speak in game chat but I sure do have to on my 600 something ps5 that runs as well as my laptop from 2015 if I thought I could get a refund I would except oh that’s right you already too all my neighbors and invested in Astro bot and that didn’t do much did it shocker one of the only companies to have free IP’s thrown at it and still regularly fail

Sony is the worst brand doing business today! I mean the worst! I WAS a loyal customer for 50 years, but I will NEVER buy ANYTHING Sony again! Their website completely sucks, completely useless. Not only does it not offer any live chat, but there is also no message system support, there is no email support, there is no logging in help or support, literally NOTHING! There is not even help to help you get help, that’s how bad Sony sucks today! So let’s recap, you can’t get logged on because their site sucks…you can’t ask for assistance because they offer NONE! You can click on anything on the pages and all it does is take you in circles and you get nowhere. It’s impossible a company could be this incompetent that they would accidentally create a site so bad that a customer can NEVER get a live person or any kind of help or assistance, EVER, therefore I believe they did it on purpose because they simply care NOTHING about customers anymore. Like a lot of companies that do well over the years and then turn to garbage later on, Sony is no exception. They are the absolute worst company I have ever seen! And the fact that I wasted $800 on one of their items that I can get no support for, makes me sick, but it will NEVER happen again, because I will never buy anything Sony related. In fact, I went out today to purchase 2 DVD players, and they had Sony and LG at the store. I bought 2 of the same items, the LG, just to avoid buying the Sony brand which is obvious now run by lazy incompetent people that care NOTHING about customer assistance!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from Sony Australia. I purchased a brand-new pair of Sony headphones which arrived with what appears to be a manufacturing defect. The ear cup does not sit flush with the headset, leaving a visible gap despite the headphones never being worn. I provided photographs, proof of purchase and all the information requested. My initial warranty claim was rejected as “normal wear and tear,” despite the headphones being brand new and taken straight out of the box. After explaining that they had never been used and that this was clearly not wear and tear, my case was escalated. That was on 3 July, and despite multiple emails, I am still waiting for a resolution. As a consumer, I expect a company of Sony’s reputation to stand behind its products and honour consumer rights when a product appears to have a manufacturing fault. Instead, I have experienced lengthy delays, poor communication and a lack of urgency in resolving what should have been a straightforward warranty matter. To make matters worse, some of the customer service interactions were dismissive and came across as rude, leaving me feeling like I had to continually justify a fault that was present from day one. For a global company with Sony’s reputation, I expected far better. Customers should not have to chase updates or wait weeks for a decision on a faulty product that was defective upon arrival. I hope Sony improves both its warranty process and its customer service because this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I have a PlayStation 4 and it freezes mid game and kicks me out of the game all the way back to home screen and I have reported this problem multiple times and it's starting to get annoying. I wish they will fix it

No disks, no new console. I've bought multiple versions of every single PlayStation since the ps1. It saddens the fudge out of my I won't get a ps6.
