Worst company ever. Placed order, 5 days later they ship accessories and say the main item is out of stock. Then it is back in stock so I order again...shipping is $15 more than they refund. Then 4 days later the say it is out of stock again. No customer service, they don't answer their phones, they don't call back. They say the website does not track orders sent to it could say they have 52 but there are none there so they wait 4-6 days and then let you know it is out of stock.

On July 15th I ordered and paid for the Tim Holtz glass media mat. It showed 27 in stock when I ordered. I posted the link to the store in my Facebook group and many many women ordered. At one point the inventory showed 2 in stock and 5 minutes later they added more and the inventory showed 25. Today the 18th I emailed to check on a shipping notice and was advised that they didn’t have any in stock. Not even 1!! Was told their online system does not know what they actually have in stock. Worst business practice ever. Will never order anything from this company

Given an alternative, I would not order from this company again. I ordered three expensive sets of clear stamps from them. In the space for notes during the ordering process, I requested that rubber bands and paper clips not be used on the items, as they can damage the packaging. I received a reply from them saying, "Unfortunately we are unable to take packaging requests. Our packers package every item accordingly and follow a strict requirement to ensure that you will receive your items in the best condition." When I received the package, sure enough some idiot had chosen to rubber band the items together, thereby creasing and denting the clear cellophane packaging. I hardly consider this "the best condition." And it's so senseless -- why not just stick the items in the bubble envelope and be done with it? Why mutilate them first? I called and was told if I would send photos they would have a replacement sent at no charge for the most damaged item. I went to the time and trouble of taking, uploading, and sending photos, only to then be told the damage was not severe enough so they would not send a replacement after all. So now I'm taking more time and trouble to warn other potential customers about Scrapbooking Warehouse. I'd rather pay a bit more elsewhere than receive this kind of run around and pathetic customer "service."

The worst customer service! I received confirmation of my order stating the items have shipped. Upon arrival, I get a note that says an item is out of stock. At the time I placed the order, the item was in stock. I checked online again and it still said item was in stock. I called to ask if they can just send the item and they lied and said sorry its out of stock now. We have credited you back. I asked if the item could just be resent since I already paid for it. All I got was "no we cannot because we gave you credit already, you'll have to buy it again and pay for shipping again." I did not receive credit back for the item until 3 days later! Which means they lied about the "already credited you back." I paid 14 bucks for shipping only to have to pay another 4 dollars to ship one item. Ridiculous customer service. Would never buy from again.

The leather cricut bag showed in stock when I ordered it for my wife, they charged my charge card, and then 4 days later sent an email saying the were out of stock and could not fulfill my order and would be crediting my card. Why was it even charged if you could not ship it? I would not recommend ordering from this place!!!!!!!!!!!
