I ordered the wrong part the first time …
I ordered the wrong part the first time and had to return them and order the correct part. These guys gave me a return authorized # and credited my pay pal so I could order the correct part. Both orders came sooner than the expected delivery date. i will order from them again if I need more door parts. Thank you for the excellent service.

Great web site
Great web site. Easy to order! Ordered two extra parts that were recommended. Spent about $30 and avoided a $500 bill to replace our garage door opener. Used all the parts, opener works great. Your company contacted me every day to update the shipping status! Parts came very quickly. Terrific experience. I taped your web site to the opener!
