I don’t know why the receiver won’t connect, works without it, I’m not a sound guy first wireless mic

I updated from iPhone 8 to iPhone 15. The port on the iPhone 15 changed and my Lark M1 no longer worked. I contacted Holly Land and you recommended an adapter. I purchased the adapter (over $30). It was the wrong adapter. I had to re-purchase the correct adapter from the Apple store. It seemed like your customer service did not understand English. That's not good.

Went to NAB, I was able to order two systems that were out of stock online making it a one on one tailored experience. I was able to get the desired headsets before a production. Fast delivery and great communication via email. Great products, very satisfied.

Best mic, wired or wireless, that I have ever used!

Pre-order questions asked via email were quickly answered. While my initial order arrived short one lav mic, they quickly sent the missing mic to me. I'm very impressed with the product (Lark MAX Duo) and so far it's done a great job. I use these weekly for a video that I shoot and have also started using them for a weekly ZOOM call.

It was easy to order and the delivery was really fast.
