This is my Second review to the BS response Geekvape made. I was promised a pack of Coils and a New Areo tank. I never received these. They Also asked what color vape I wanted and sent me the Girliest Ugliest vape they had. I will NEVER use or Recommend Geekvape. They do not stand behind there products and they will Lie to you every chance they get!! Horrible Customer Service. Buyer Beware!!

I purchased 12 of the new AP2 units as I was a big fan of the original Pod system. 8 of these have completely failed with the auto-firing issue that many users are now reporting. I have had a ticket open with the support team for 2 months!! I have wasted hours in their live chat which always ends with them hanging up!! They are totally unwilling to provide any kind of support!! They are doing everything in their power to cover up this critical design flaw and are even continuing to sell units that they know to be faulty!! Let me be clear... THIS ISSUE IS DANGEROUS!! I have personally been burnt as a result of it and it was only by pure luck that I spotted the unit auto-firing before it burst into flames!! This company is knowingly supplying retail customers with dangerous products!! Not only should they not be trusted... they should be behind bars!! In response to the reply below: I have already sent this information to you multiple times!

Don’t waste your time or money! It’s been more than 2 months and im still waiting for an item I ordered. Refuses to issue a refund and no knowledge on when (or if) I will receive my order at this point! Extremely frustrated and I will never do business with this company again!

I ordered two vapes two months ago, they haven't shown up. Been tracking them and a label in my country to ship them to me has not been created. Do not recommend at all.

It took over 2 months to receive the item, I started back with cigarettes.

It's been of a month and I still haven't received my order. I'll probably never order anything for you guys again

Geek Bay pad no problem taking my money out of my account but they sure as hell have a problem sending me what I paid for here it is three or four weeks later still haven't seen it and now they want me to review their s*** I don't understand it

Ordered from your website and I was only able to track my shipment for a few days before the tracking just stopped. I was sent a new tracking number but as of today I am still not able to track where my shipment is at and have not received my order. I'm Extremely disappointed and from now on will not order anything directly from you in the future.
