Very disappointing experience with the FIFA Store. After more than 7 business days, my order still had not shipped. The only update provided was that a shipping label had been created, and USPS had not actually received the package. Given the lack of movement or communication, I contacted customer service to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was robotic and dismissive. Despite the item never being handed over to USPS and no meaningful shipping progress being made, I was repeatedly told it was "too late" to cancel the order. If an order hasn't left the warehouse and the carrier hasn't received it, customers should have the option to cancel. Poor communication, slow fulfillment, and inflexible customer service made this a frustrating experience.

Apparently impossible to make a return. After initiating the return process, they asked for photos of the items to be returned. WTF? I specified the items to be returned and they are listed on the order - you know what they are. Submitted photos - still waiting for any kind of response two weeks later. And forget trying to get through on the phone.

bought 2 caps. Took 1.5 weeks to deliver. Quality was extremely poor for a 35$ hat + taxes+ delivery fees. Return fees also applied. Strongly recommend avoiding purchases from this place.

Submitted a form to return a damaged item. Next day I received an email to clarify the details, replied same day and they went silent for 2 weeks. Sent 5 emails and no response. Horrible customer experience.

I ordered a Father's Day shirt on June 14 and paid for next-day shipping. More than a week later, the order still has not shipped. The website never clearly disclosed a 2–4 business day processing time during checkout, otherwise I would not have paid for expedited shipping. I have sent multiple emails and received little to no response. The lack of communication and misleading shipping expectations have made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service from an official FIFA store.

I paid for next day shipping and I still don't have a tracking number, called and spoke to an agent and said it still takes 3-4 days to process then said thanks for understanding and hung up on me. Don't buy from the fifa website. They're commiting false advertisement.

I purchased a jersey on the FIFA store website and provided my mailing address. FedEx states that the address on the package is incorrect and they tried to contact FIFA to resolve. FedEx wouldn't allow me to update the address as the recipient. I contacted FIFA store and told them FedEx is unable to deliver the package. Instead of resolving the incorrect address issue with FedEx, the FIFA store rep emails me a copy of the tracking info and told me to wait for the package. I called again and no one answers the phone for hours. I finally got a customer service rep and they told me a refund won't be issued until they get the package back the FedEx hub eventually. So they can hold my money while they don't deliver what I paid for.

I bought a shirt on their website and tried to cancel it within less than 1h. I was told via support chat that it is not possible to cancel it, which doesn't make any sense. When trying to push a bit more to understand why I cannot cancel it, the customer agent takes extremely long pauses between each answer, but will end the session if you take more than 5 minutes to reply. Tried entering the chat support twice and got assigned to the same support agent, which, after a while, simply stopped replying to me altogether. I am now sitting here on their support chat, with an active agent, waiting for over 30 minutes since her last response. Unbelievable.
