Rubbish Customer service. They banned my account for no reason other than suspicion and refused to reactivate it, Ive emailed them many times with information providing I'm the owner of the account and all they do is ignore me and send me links to "recover your account" that sends you to a FAQ page with nothing useful whatsoever, they refused to give me a reason why they took such action and refuse to help me get my account back, this company is a joke. Think twice before spending money on such a company that has low to 0 value for their costumers.

La plataforma esta buena pero a diferencia de steam es que no tiene comunidad,discuciones,workshop,perfiles, etc steam tiene mas funciones que epic games. epic games le faltan muchas funciones que ofrece steam. lo bueno de epic games es que tiene descuentos y regalan juegos

Customer service is a complete crap! I had an issue with my account, was able to start chat with BlueFirefly then after a while I was completely abandoned! Avoid and save your money as this platform will drawn soon!

The app is saying invalid, and when logging in trough google, they send me a code, but I DONT GET IT. To anyone considering using EPIC GAMES for games, GO TO STEAM. This app sucks in every way possible.

Literally worst installer every, has to popup every single time it does ANYTHING!!!!. Even asks for Permission to do that and this, fk-n 4 TIMES!, FIX UR DAMN INSTALLER

Nothing on the app or in browser is functioning properly. Every time i need to log in with epic, i lose half an hour on non functioning IU. Thanks for nothing

Bad costumer experience due to terrible engineering of the platform. The payment processor breaks itself, even when it says that the payment is completed something may have gone wrong. The page is heavy to load and the launcher run poorly on low end PCs and on Linux (not officially supported, although due to the fact that is based on electron a possible port would require relatively low effort). Use other services that care about **all** customers instead, if possible.
