🚨 Please DO NOT buy from this store. Like everyone said in the comments it is a scam. I bought a refurbished HP laptop from this supposed to be company. When I received it, some of the keys on the keyboard don’t work. They either get stuck or type double/triple of the same letter. Like, If it came with some scratches or something I can deal with that but I can’t do anything if I can’t type properly. Also, there’s another problem just appeared. The laptop gets super hot and an error message keeps appearing, not allowing to get into the computer to complete any tasks. I looked everywhere for the refund policies on the website and customer service number and can’t find it anywhere. I never seen any store operate in this manner. So now I must take this as a loss and go buy a brand new computer at an actual store so I can be able to accomplish what I need to do.

Impossible to redeem products - total scam site. Can't even log into an account and see what you ordered - just keeps asking you to log-in again and again.

Bought H&R Block 2023 software, filled instructions for download and then got an error message “This application can’t be opened” with a code of -10661. Repeated attempts to contact the Entrepreneur Store (seller) receive NO RESPONSE! Don’t buy from them!!’

They kicked off my favorite writer. There was an author on this publication that wrote some great articles. Entrepreneur has him listed as an author, but he posted he is no longer on the leadership network? Very disappointed.

Scam. Purchased a membership to an online travel site on cyber Monday. They have no record of it and no one is able to help me get the membership that was purchased. Trying to stop payment with credit card at this time.

Entrepreneur is a complete scam. I purchased software for $400 that never even worked and they refused to refund and kept blaming the manufacture. I got approval from manufacture to refund the purchase and the manufacture was going to take the full refund hit and Entrepreneur still refused. HORRIBLE, can't believe this site is even active still. STAY AWAY

We are sold a package of 10 'brand spotlight' credits by Justin Koenigsberger. Shortly after that, the content got deleted. Both Justin and Hiliary were unavailable. An Indian lady from head office took over the correspondence and became quite aggressive. In the end, we had to hit them for a refund with the card provider. The CEO should be ashamed for hiring such unprofessional people. No agency in their right mind will work with such dishonest people.
