Hello, Your Order was for a Lithium Battery, which can not be shipped using Air. That is why we shipped it using FedEx Ground. Please check the FedEx Tracking #771159804666 Thank you

It is a blatant lie. We shipped your Package on time. Please check FedEx Tracking #770342616186 We always send shipment notification email to all of our customers including Tracking Numbers. And also we replied your email but it was bounced back with some error messages.

These drives have warranty from HPE. You should contact HPE for the replacement. We would have returned them if you informed us within the 30 Days Return Window.

You failed because you cancelled my order as my credit card is not based in the US. I buy items all the time from other US based companies with the same card, you are the only company that does not accept it.

Part showed in stock when I ordered. Delay in communication. They called after 24 hours to verify order. That delay caused parts to be out of stock by time they got around to processing. Was no need to verify. They had a valid order, with a valid email and a valid credit card. If they'd processed promptly, I'd have received the parts.

Hello, We only verify a customer's authenticity once only if they place their First Order using Credit Card. We do this to protect the Customers from Credit Card Theft and also to avoid any Fraudulant Transactions. I am really very sorry that we could not process your order and do apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you

Hello, I am sorry to hear this from you. But "HPE 96Watt Smart Storage Battery" can not be shipped using Air Shipment. Because the batteries may get damaged. Batteries can only be shipped using Ground Shipment. You can verify this Statement with HPE itself. Thank you
