Cant see anyway to import trades, all you can do is add trades one by one, can you seriously create a journal with no import or am i missing it some where: edit on response: Thanks for response. Doesn't make much sense as would take same storage adding manually: one line in a DB table per trade so don't really understand the cloud argument, how would import require more space than manual entry, Also it is not said anywhere you don't offer this I spent 10-minutes trying to work out how to do it. I think for a journal it is mandatory feature sorry cant adjust rating. Imagine i want to move to new journal platform you would expect me manually enter all my trades?

Hi Mark, We don't have an import or Broker sync feature. While there are many benefits to manual journaling, I won't go into those. The main reason we haven't implemented this feature is that our platform is free, and the cloud costs an import generates are prohibitive. Given this, I don't think it's fair to rate us 2 stars for a feature we intentionally don't offer. I would greatly appreciate it if you could modify the rating or remove it completely. If you'd like to discuss the platform and its benefits further, please feel free to reach out through the platform's "Live Chat" feature. Reply #2 : I never claimed that importing would require more storage space. Cloud costs are determined by usage, including reads, writes, bandwidth, etc. We don't offer an import feature because users tend to import everything, including unnecessary data, and sometimes do it multiple times. This leads to a high concentration of costs in a short period, which exceeds the support we receive from donations. Our current donations cannot cover the increased costs that would result from frequent and extensive data imports. Perhaps this point was not clear in my previous response. I understand that you consider this a "mandatory" feature, but it simply means our product may not meet your specific needs. However, I must emphasize that this does not warrant a 2-star rating. We have never claimed to have this feature and have always highlighted how easy it is to manually input trades and journal entries in our system. I hope you can see where I'm coming from on this. Thank you.
