As a long time customer
As a long time customer, I cancelled my recurring order (I had to much on hand). They sent the recurring order anyways. I disputed the order and I was then told that “you are no longer welcome to order directly from the company. Go to Amazon or Walmart.” A very poor customer service experience

Hi David, We appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context and clarify the timeline surrounding this experience. Our records confirm that your subscription was canceled on June 19. However, the order referenced in your review was placed and processed on June 2, more than two weeks before the subscription was canceled. We therefore respectfully want to clarify that this order was not shipped after your cancellation. We completely understand that customers may occasionally have more product on hand than they need. Had you contacted our Customer Care team, we would have been happy to assist with postponing future shipments or canceling the subscription. For an unwanted order, we could also have assisted with a return, including providing a prepaid return label at no cost, and processed the applicable refund through our standard return process. Instead, a chargeback was initiated with your financial institution for the June 2 order after it had been fulfilled and delivered, without first contacting us to arrange a return or resolution. Once a completed and delivered order is disputed through a financial institution and the funds are recovered through the chargeback process, we are no longer able to maintain the account for direct purchases. For this reason, you were advised that future purchases of Stonehenge Health products would need to be made through a marketplace retailer, such as Amazon or Walmart. We hope this clarification provides a more complete understanding of the timeline and the circumstances surrounding our decision.
