I have had menopause symptoms since 2022…
I have had menopause symptoms since late 2022 when I had to stop taking my hormone replacement med. I have tried everything over the counter and am scared to try products that cost more and they say it may take 3 months to work. I showed my doctor a bottle so she could see what is in the product and make sure it wouldn't mess up my medications. She said it's a good product and it's definitely everything I need to take. So with her approval I continued. But at 2 1/2 months: my hot flashes, that came on so strong, stopped coming on strong. Yes I did still have times of some sweating but nothing like what it was before. I also started getting in a better mood. Sleeping is getting better. My only issue was that the next order wasn't going to come until after the 3 month supply. So I have been off it for about 4 days now and the sweating daily and nightly is extreme again but the feeling it gives you as a hot flash isn't there. Just the very wet sweat. But I definitely highly recommend the menopause supplement they have. I will have to set up the next order to come earlier.
