Customer service and people being nice is great - no argument. BUT - is anyone making big money from this service? Selling deep OTM Puts right before earnings calls is OK as long it doesn't turn against you. Check ASML recently - how would that have gone? Just seems to good to be true, because if it really worked, everyone would be doing it, no?
