The charts are great but advertising has become so invasive they purposely make the site difficult to use to force you into upgrades simply to stop the intentional degradation of its usefulness; ridiculous interference to force upgrades.

too expensive

When I try to edit something, I have to try to put my cursor inthe spot 2-5 x. It bounces all over. Finally, I get it. But with 200 charts, this becomes a real pain and takes forever.

i have been a subscriber for over 20 years, so obviously something must be good. Nevertheless, this past weekend I experienced something which demonstrated a major design flaw in the system. One of the stocks that I track changed its symbol (it actually moved from the Venture to the senior TSE) and all of my annotations that had been saved just vanished. Imagine working daily to update your charts and then waking up the next day and all of your work is gone. At the very least STockcharts should be able to point out this deficiency to its clients so they can prepare. It is extremely frustrating to be working all weekend on a specific chart, save your changes, and then Monday morning everything has vanished.

It’s missing a lot of tools that tradingview has. It’s light years behind.

I did not like that some of my charts were completely changed suddenly, after having them for about one year. Periodic changes without my prior consent . . Most annoying is that you have NO financial info on SharpCharts. Neither Revenue nor EPS can be plotted. No rolling EPS. No PE ratio changes can be plotted over the years. It's very important for me to see the PE average range AND the revenue changes in a visual graph format. Same for earnings. Your earnings changes should not just be numerical but ALSO visual on the charts. PLEASE

Hi, I’m from the Middle East. I’ve been using this site for years—it’s excellent, offering constant updates and tutorials, and I’m always learning about new features and capabilities. As someone who follows the options market, I find it frustrating that I can’t view the behavior chart for individual options; I’m forced to look for this data on other websites. Since the site focuses on the US, UK, and Indian markets, I’m personally interested in other markets. While the site does allow for data uploads to generate individual charts, it doesn’t support creating lists—which is a recurring disappointment for me. Regarding the "User-Defined Index Workbench"—I previously requested the re-addition of the Tel Aviv 35 index, but my request was essentially turned down. Also, it’s a shame that there’s no option to sort by PEG ratio. That said, all the video content is fascinating. It’s just a pity that there’s no way to reach the site administrators via email. I have been using augmented reality (AR) and Meta Quest headsets for several years. I currently browse your website just as I would on a computer, and I believe it would be a unique concept to develop a 3D platform—designed for use with these emerging headsets—that allows for the placement of graphs within a virtual space.
