Nonsensical naming criteria
They have names of their reports etc that are stupid nonsensical marketing type names, I am not interested in learning a new vocabulary just to use their site...it is kid stuff

Great Charting, Terrible Customer Support
I've been using stockcharts for a few months and I like the charting tools. However, I'm not very happy about their customer support. They tend to reply fast for simple questions. But anytime I ask something more complex or detailed, they basically ghost me. They ignored my emails for months even after multiple follow ups. Super frustrating. I've also noticed some data discrepancies that make me really concerned, and I've never got a solid answer from support.

Response from StockCharts.comFeb 27, 2026
We are very sorry that you have experienced less than satisfactory customer service. After reviewing our service request logs, I do see a number of emails from you over the past 6 months that have been answered and resolved successfully. It appears that some may not have been answered due to a lack of detail or non-response on your end after an initial contact. Please be sure to provide full details on any request or issue you are experiencing so that we can provide the best possible service to you.
