Scammers. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM, please shut down this crappy company

What a disgusting customer service! I would like to make a formal complaint. I an Adobe customer and I contacted Customer Care to ask for help and support. I contacted Customer Care to ask for help and see if they could help me with my subscription. I was transferred to an Adobe Representative called Michelle. This representative was very abrupt in her replies. This representative did not understand that new people like me are not familiar with the processes, rules and regulations and if we ask for help is because we really do need help in resolving our issues that for us are important. I do not feel this representative cared nor she was wiling to help. I feel she did not take my case seriously as to my astonishment she ended the conversation abruptly with no thank you, no asking if I needed anymore help, with nothing. I have proof of this chat. That was very rude. It is hard for me to believe that this is the training you provide to your Representatives and this is the level of service your customers can expect. After I asked to make a formal complaint via email, no reply, they kept closing my case over and over again with no address of this situation. I was so disappointed abou this experience that I wanted to cancel my subscription and no longer be part of this company. They asked me for £168 in advance before cancellation. What a joke!!!!! Therefore, I would like to make this public so everyone can see how you treat your customers and I would like to bring this to the attention to the Head Of Customer Services and I would like an apology and compensation for the inconvenience caused and for the treatment I have received with my case which was not fair at all. This has been a very unpleasant experience. I should have not been treated like this. Never. Many thanks,

You do not own your software. Their DRMs are really bad and intrusive.

Have tried cancelling payment 3 times now and it keeps coming up on my account every month. Every time I contact them somebody tells me my account has been closed and I won't be billed any more, and every month I keep being billed. The messenger service no longer works (just a wheel of doom) so i tried calling. Sat on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up and coming here to leave a review. I don't know what else to do. Is this my life now? £23.99 a month for something i'll never use?
