They force you to pay a huge fee in case you want to leave. I didn't know that. I think this pretty unfair. I will finish my plan and will never use this again.

Really bad experience. I signed up to what I though was a monthly 10 image subscription. When I tried to stop the monthly payments they are trying to charge me $168 exit fee. Total rip off, everybody is complaining about it. I will never purchase another adobe product again.

Website is a scam. They sign you up to the free trial and then when you cancel still take your money

I signed up for their free trial and when it came to cancel the plan, I was unable to access the 'manage plan' area of my account as it was greyed out and would not allow me to click it. I tried several times to no avail. I was subsequently charged £23.99 and despite explaining what had happened to their representative, they told me I'd still have to continue paying for this despite the fact this was not even through my own fault, or I would face being charged an extortionate cancellation fee of £119. So I am now being forced into a contract for a service I don't even use and you do have to wonder whether or not this was an intentional "fault" on their website in order to ensure I'd continue paying them. Absolutely disgusted.

Signed up for a free trial for adobe stock for a school project. Without any email notice, they took my card on file and enrolled me in a one year plan. The charges went unnoticed for 4 months (I mistakenly thought they were for the creative cloud membership I actually purchased). When I wanted to cancel it, they wanted to charge me over $55 for early termination and tried to sell me on three months free subscription before it renewed again. They acted like they did me a favor by waving the termination fee, as if they didn't just steal over $100 from me...some high end conning Adobe. How is this legal?!?

Trialer & Buyer BEWARE, be very Aware. Adobe is a complete rip off. If you try and cancel on website..there is NO way to cancel that I could find. SO I called and it started out great but the agent ask me 3 separate times why I wanted to cancel. 3x I don't use it or need it. Used it 1x during trial run. I was offered 3 "free" months of something "I DO NOT USE?" Nope just cancel. It would take yrs for me to explain my phone call so I just want to warn everyone leave Adobe alone. If your product is soooo good you don't and/or shouldn't have to con or trick people to use it. Note...if you decide to try it out use a prepaid cc. I have one just for these type of purchases. Any trial purchase on anything us a prepaid and only put the amount on it you or they want.
