Vorsicht beim Abschluss: bei einer vorzeitigen Kündigung werden Kündigungsgebühren fällig.

I have never written a negative review in my life but I will make an effort for Adobe. I have been trying to cancel my monthly plan for 3 YEARS without success and have paid them hundreds against my will. Apparently you can only do that without paying an exorbitant exit fee for exactly 1 WEEK a year and if you miss that - well, hello for another year of fees! I have never hated a product more than this. Its a legitimate scam.

Ho sottoscritto il primo mese di prova gratuito con 10 immagini da scaricare, ho lasciato attivo il piano per il secondo mese senza però fruire delle risorse complete perchè nel frattempo in azienda abbiamo sottoscritto un piano annuale. Ho effettuato quindi la procedura per l'annullamento della mia sottoscrizione e mi viene comunque segnalato che mi verrà addebitato il costo di 180€ anche se non fruirò del servizio. Avete appena PERSO UN CLIENTE e sconsiglierò la piattaforma a TUTTI I COLLABORATORI con cui entrerò in argomento e TUTTI I CLIENTI che dovessero necessitare di una libreria di immagini o video in futuro.

200 pounds to cancel..if you keep the subscription then at the end you lose any unspent assets which is the slap in the face after they have kicked you in the nuts on the way down. Mind boggling rules & terms that alienating customers and their support staff are outsourced and have no clue / authority to resolve the problem

I always get overcharged and they never sort it out for me. I've rang multiple times in the last 2 months and I get northing resolved. Today I had someone put the phone down on me when I was explaining my issue. I was overly polite to the woman as I've worked in customer service before so I find it appalling. I feel I ring up and get no help.

Schlechter Service. Nur rein kommerziell auf "Adobe Interessen" ausgerichtet. Auch sehr gute Fotos werden willkürlich abgelehnt. Eine Vermarktung ist realistisch fast nicht möglich und wenn, nur mit ziemlich bürokratischen Aufwand...

This is a scam. Pls dont go into the free trial, you have to pay to unsubscribe...

Terrible terrible. So as a freelancer you move to another country... and then the problems start: - you can't change payment to a new country - you can't change your address - you need to renew your entire contract for 12 months - and yes, you lose your accumulated stock images if you cancel - and yes, you still have to pay remaining months Just like gyms used to be. STAY AWAY from them if you can. RIP OFF in mafia-style ;)
