I've experienced the same as many others who've reviewed. I signed up for the Adobe stock trial in September. It wasn't at all clear on Adobe's email that it was an annual subscription, and if you went over the trial period, you'd be locked into having an account for a year - with huge cancellation penalties. I thought it was a pay monthly service. It took me hours in online chat with adobe advisors to get the subscription ended without charge. Received a cancellation email in January. I've been charged again on my February credit card statement. Evidently, there was a second email address linked to my account, which they count as a live account which hasn't been cancelled (though I didn't use that email address to sign up). The adviser claims that the T&Cs state they are able to charge me because of this. Just had another hour long chat with an adviser, I haven't got anywhere. Would warn anyone considering a stock image service to choose a subscription from one of the many others, unless you need regular images over a whole year. I feel like I've been scammed!!!

Terrible customer support I am getting charged on my business card for 4 months now, I contacted support 4 times already. 2 times my chat just ended with a message "don't hesitate to contact us again" lol. Really!? the worst part is that I had to reexplain every single time and show every single time the transactions that I got charged. Please use Zendesk or other similar company to store the history of your conversations. After 3 chats of " we cant locate anything" but im still getting charges from Adobe that I dont use at all for my business, no active accounts, nothing. I receive for security reasons were are unable to say which account is charging you but we will stop the charges. Okay! Great! yes please! Guess what? The charges are still coming, I am coming to chat to advise about that, and the answer is we are unable to locate the charges. 1 agent is able, the other one is uanble, w"t"f is wrong with this company. They grew so big that they dont care anymore for the customer satisfaction. What a shame, I hope people leave this company. This is insane.

På trods af jeg ønskede at stoppe inden at forsøgsperiode var overstået, har de alligevel fået lavet en 1-årig plan for mig og trækker nu penge hver måned det næste år. Det er som andre også har udtalt: bondefangeri! Chat med dem fører ikke til noget udover at de vil give rabat på flere produkter. Hvorfor kan de ikke lave det som konkurrerende virksomheder med fx at kunne købe klippekort?

What a lousy service from adobe stock, it is incredible that they avoid at all costs helping one to solve their problems. They are not at all interested in helping their contributors. They should review the customer support that Adobe stock has, because it is the worst on the entire internet

Frequent crashes. Underhanded business practices. It's a shame what's happened to a once great company. I've noticed in the past 3 years products are getting slower and more buggy with frequent crashing. Meanwhile, their business units continue to be more difficult and scammy outsourcing billing to India where they try to charge you the full yearly amount for a monthly subscription when you try to cancel. Another debacle was when I tried Adobe Stock for free and then they tried to charge me for a year's subscription as soon as it ended. When I tried to cancel the cancellation fee was almost the year's value and they made it very difficult. Not only that they divided my enterprise account into separate free and paid accounts ruining all my CC cloud libraries and connected features. When I complained on the forum and with support they said there was nothing they could do as the system was set up that way and I had to contact my internal IT supervisor. When another user had a similar issue as mine on the forum they admonished both of us for being the problem and to stop spreading negativity. It's clear they don't care about the customers anymore and value gipping their users into every last nickel to prop up their purchases like Figma and cushy top-level management compensation tied to stock.

Stay away from this scammers. It showed me a button saying that I would get a 10 images free trial, I pressed it and it signed me into a one year contract and charged me. I reached out to them immediately and took me 1 hours and half to cancel cause they keep insisting on keeping the membership I didn't want or signed up for active. In the end, they canceled and said " Also initiated the refund of USD 29.54 as a goodwill gesture which will credited to your saved payment method with Adobe within 5 to 7 business days." are you freaking kidding me, goodwill gesture? is my money and I didn't signed up for this, what do they mean by goodwill gesture, seriously? Just stay away from this scammers, go to Dreamstime instead, lots of the same images of all the other sites at a super affordable price.

Adobe stock is a SCAM. I got the annual billing (around £20 a month) and because I haven't used the service for 2 months I wanted to cancel and get a refund. Even though I haven't used ANY of the assets available, they still didn't want to give me a refund and wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. In the end Adobe stole £40 from me and the moment I cancelled the service I not longer can access the assets they provided. Horrible service, deceiving the client and benefitting over our heads.
