I sighed up for Adobe Stock to try it. It had some lovely videos and images. Then after a couple of months I tried to cancel my subscription of $29 a month. They want to charge me a early cancellation fee of $149. I understand I did not read all there small print and that is on me. Yet I don't feel it is really ethical to charge me so much to cancel. I am absolutely disgusted with there policy. I feel like I have been robbed and Adobe is no longer a safe company for me to use. They want to bully me to stay with them. That is honestly not the type of company I wish to work with.. The worst part is they are such a strong company they don't need to do this to retain customers. They could choose to build loyal customers of which I have been for years. Yet this experience has broken all loyalty and I can't see who they will ever gain me again as a client.

It is the worst place ever what i have fund . They do not accept any photos and reviewing to make a decision takes ages. I am not satisfied with their service at all. No proper communication. I would like to give -10 star if this would be possible. I suggest to avoid their services. Adobe stock contributors is the worst choice .

This is Purely SCAM Website, they offer you a free trial even if you succeed to cancel the plan, they still deducting from your account. Then if you cancel the plan you need to pay for the cancellation fee. SCAMMERS!!!.

The worst company ever! I wanted to change the name of my company on Adobe Stock invoice. Couldn't do it. So I contacted the support several times when my subscription was active. They didn't make the change. So I contacted again, but my subscription wasn't active anymore. And they wont change the name of your company on the invoice, because you are no longer subscribed with them. In my company, I make the change with one click. Everyone does. And what is even worse, they say they can help me If I purchase a new plan!

Adobe ist in Sachen Kundenfreundlichkeit so ziemlich das übelste und mieseste Unternehmen, das ich kenne! 1.) Man wird auf den Websites ewig im Kreis geschickt, bis man irgendwann mal irgendwo eine Kontaktmöglichkeit findet. Aber das ist kein Formular, sondern nur dieser dämliche Chatbot, der nur während der Geschäftszeiten funktioniert und den man mühsam überwinden muss, bis man mal einen Humankontakt bekommt. 2.) Jahresabos verlängern sich automatisch. Wenn man vorher kündigt, verliert man sämtliche Leistungen für die Restlaufzeit, aber muss eine Strafe zahlen. Will man die automatische Verlängerung deaktivieren, kann man das nur einen Monat vor Ablauf der Laufzeit tun. Wo gibt es denn sowas? Leider sind wir Geschäftskunde, sonst wäre das alles ein Fall für den Konsumentenschutz. Fazit: Nie wieder Adobe, wenn es sich vermeiden lässt.

Hab mich an Adobe Stock als Verkäufer versucht, aber die Seite ist einfach nur unfreundlich. Es hat massiv lange (über 10 Tage) gedauert bis eingesendete Bilder geprüft wurden, gleichzeitig konnte man nur ein max. Limit an ca. 40 Bildern gleichzeitig prüfen lassen. Das dauert einfach Ewigkeiten und ist für kommerzielle Nutzung mit der man was erreichen will unbrauchbar! Ebenso ist die Rate an nicht zulässigen Bildern extrem hoch gewesen. Warum weiß ich nicht, weil ShutterStock hat die Bilder z.B. akzeptiert, aber Adobe Stock erzählt einem nicht einmal was an den Bildern genau falsch ist sondern schreibt nur immer den selben Standardtext "Häufige Probleme, die sich auf die technische Qualität der Bilder auswirken können, sind Belichtungsprobleme, Weichzeichner, übermäßige Filterung oder Artefakte/Rauschen." Shutterstock sagt einem wenigstens was nicht passt, obs die Belichtung ist und das Bild nicht scharf genug. Insgesamt hab ich es nach 2 Wochen geschafft gerade einmal 4 von 72 Bildern freigeschaltet zu bekommen und 25 wurden abgelehnt, der Rest war noch in Prüfung. Mit so einem Anbieter möchte ich nicht zusammenarbeiten und habe deswegen meine Bilder wieder von Aodbe Stock genommen.
