Even if you cancel STL Fix AI, they keep charging you every month. Do not sign up for STL Fix AI. These guys take money out of your bank account even after you've cancelled. I paid a huge lump sum for a yearly service. I added the STL AI. I cancelled the STL AI subscription and then they still keep charging you. Be very careful of these guys.

I purchased STLAI to create halftone photo frames, but for some reason the software failed to export the frame stand (.stl) file, making it impossible to use. I reported the issue immediately and spent over two weeks exchanging messages with support and the issue was never resolved. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. I was repeatedly told that the technical team was looking into it and that they are waiting for a solution from their end, but no solution was ever provided. After weeks without a working product or meaningful support, I was left unable to use the software I had paid for. Stay away STLAI/STLFLIX.

Unfortunately, my experience with STLFLIX was very disappointing. The information provided when choosing the plan was unclear and confusing. The plan advertised “12 model unlocks per month,” but when I subscribed, I only received 300 coins, while most models cost around 100 coins each. This did not match what was expected or what was implied during subscription. I contacted support and was told we could receive more coins through the weekly Friday spin/bonus system (Brazil time), but this system was also unclear and I did not receive the expected coins. Overall, the pricing and reward system felt misleading and poorly explained.

Polymaker was giving out free discount codes for stlflix. Wanted a discounted month then was going to pay for a year. My unique code from polymaker would not work. After three days of waiting for a response in chat I emailed, explained everything, including how I wanted to give them a year's worth of money. They had no idea about the codes, like no one was told they were partnering with polymaker, and after asking stupid questions like "where did you get this code" when I explained very clearly where the code came from with screenshots, they just stopped responding. Another person emailed and asked it things were resolved. I said no, three days later asked it if could please be resolved so I could give them money. No response, it's been more than a week. Just know, if they can't give support to someone wanting to give them money, how are they going to support someone who already gave them money?

Scam! Says 7 days money back on the offer, I tried to download a few files to print on my anycubic Kobra s1 and all print profiles are for bambu labs printers and kickback slicer errors! I contacted support and they won’t provide a refund within the 7 days. Do not purchase this unless you are 100% sure! If you download even one file the fine print says no refunds apparently! And the stupid website they give you doesn’t even support pointing your own domain to. It’s just a junk site to promote stlflix. The coupons are just for discounts for 1 month to random file makers who offer subscriptions and not really any valuable cost savings… The ai hardly has any options and is very dumbed down and I don’t think you can truly call it an ai… maybe a program but definitely no ai like meshy or other competitors…. Very misleading. Not to mention for the ai tool they just give you a bunch of credits… (great) but it’s not much of a lifetime deal if the credits run out!

Cheap models. Many are not even printable and the support service is the wort I have met in a while.
