Robert remained professional throughout what became one of the most challenging loan processes. The appraisal took an unusually long time because of issues involving the appraiser, the new appraisal format, and other circumstances completely outside of his control. Despite the delays, Robert communicated with us consistently, kept us updated almost daily, and handled everything on his end very well. He even covered the additional rate-lock fees caused by the extended timeline. Once the appraisal was finally completed, the loan funded quickly without any issues. Thanks to Robert’s professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment, my boyfriend and I successfully closed on our first investment property together. We truly appreciate everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable mortgage professional.
