This company should stop wasting money on marketing and spend some time and energy taking care of their customers. Returns take forever with no updates. If you don’t follow up, they’ll just take your money. I’m still waiting for my refund with no end in sight. Also, these fidgets are honestly overhyped and not really worth the time/trouble.

The promotions are a scam and did not apply (free offer is not free) could not cancel my order and I was charged.

I came across this product on FB. It caught my attention because I have severe ptsd and anxiety especially when in public. So I clicked on it and there was a scratch off. So i scratched it and it said a free sidekick. I wasn’t sure what that was. I then looked at the product and saw that it was on sale. I decided to give it a try. When I received my product in the mail there was only one product in the bag. So I emailed the company to let them know the side kick was missing. They told me that I didn’t order one and that it wasn’t on my invoice. Then they told me if i placed another order they would send me the sidekick. I feel like not only was I decieved, that they were callling me a liar. How would I even know what a sidekick was or anything about a scratch off of if I didn’t click on the site. I did really like the product so I just swallowed my pride and recently try to order more. Once again there was a scratch off. Again it said free sidekick. This time I took screen shots. But when I went to check out it said that I’m not eligible for it. He customer service experience was terrible. They made me feel really small. They told me they couldn’t mail the sidekick by itself. To me that didn’t make any sense to me. I am a retired army veteran who deployed to Afghanistan for a year. I have been through a lot and also had a brain surgery. I am always looking for ways to help with my ptsd and anxiety. All I wanted was for them to make it to make it right and they told me only if I bought more.
