I tried tried the PRO account. I loved the images, but i downloaded 20.. But only 7 appeard in my downloads.. There is a maximum what u can download. Also the resolution is verybad. if you want good quality for your photo, you must pay like a 250 $

Hey Rowena! Sorry for any confusion. Our Pro Membership comes with 50 unwatermarked images each month that are cleared for use in client pitches and internal use only. The goal is to offer you high-quality photos to help you win client work. We limit the resolution of those images to help protect against misuse. If you need higher-quality images for client pitches, you can contact our Customer Service team, who can set you up with an Enterprise Membership that fits your needs. I will have our team review the issue you mentioned with only being able to see 7 of your 20 image downloads. Just so I have more information, did you try scrolling down in the modal window that shows all your downloads? If there is anything else I can do to help, I'd be happy to jump on a call.
