Hello Eric! We are very sorry your recent order with us was delayed! It looks like your order did ship within the estimated production time (3 working days), but UPS lost the shipment. We shipped the replacement order via Next Day Air. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to earn your business again. Thanks! Stik2it.com Team

Customer service is hit or miss
Customer service is hit or miss, sometimes they're great and the order is processed quickly and without issues. Other times there are delays with no explanation or I have sent several emails with questions about placing an order and received no answer.
